The aim is to address critical food safety needs from multiple perspectives, enhancing food safety standards and ultimately promoting individuals\u2019 well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Research Area 2: Consumers\u2019 Ingestive Behaviors<\/strong><br>This area seeks to gain a deeper understanding of consumers\u2019 intentions and behaviors related to healthy food consumption in foodservice operations.
