Precision and Automated Agriculture Lab

Sazzad Mahmud Rifat enrolled as a PhD student at University of Missouri, Columbia in June 2022. Currently he is a Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) in Precision and Automated Agriculture Lab Under Dr. Jianfeng Zhou. At present, he is working on ‘Mechanical Harvesting System for American Elderberry’. He earned a MSc and B.Sc. from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh on agricultural engineering. He is a passionate and dedicated PhD candidate specializing in digital agriculture with a focus on agricultural system design, 3D modeling, precision agriculture, and data analytics. His research aims to contribute to the sustainable and efficient integration of digital technologies into agricultural practices.
