Biomolecular Recognition and Analysis of Spectra and Imaging are the passions of our research group. We love to learn how enzymes interact with other molecules. The molecular recognition events relate to communication at cell surfaces, movements of tumor cells, innate immunity, and primary carbon metabolism, e.g., synthesis of oils in plants. Magnetic resonance supplies the NMR spectra and MR imaging that capture a wealth of information regarding molecules, structure, and fluctuations. Our innovative software approaches enrich and expedite analyses of enzyme-partner interactions, drug discovery, cardiac MR imaging, and pulmonary disease.
