Soojin Lee, Ph.D. student

Soojin Lee studied at University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in hospitality Management. She earned her master’s degree with her thesis at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona) in 2015 with honors. She worked as a supervisor at one of the largest food and beverage management companies in Los Angeles, California. She is the member of International Association of Food Protection (IAFP). She is currently studying at Mizzou under the guidance of Dr. Pei Liu. Soojin is also working as a graduate research assistant (GRA) and teaching assistant (GTA). She is highly interested in conducting research related to food safety and consumer behaviors in restaurant management.
